ROVER

In 1970, a young American couple left Chicago to spend the year crisscrossing Europe and North Africa, from the Arctic Circle to Marrakesh, traveling and living out of a Land Rover they had purchased in London. They photographed the entire journey with a trusty Nikon F2 , making thousands of slides of friends, meals, protests, passing children.

When my father passed away fifteen years ago, I went searching for the dusty boxes of slides in the attic and found a love story.  This is the artist book ROVER.
